ZVA Slimline 2 ER042.7u spout spare parts nozzle
The spout ER 042.7 U (DN 16 mm) is designed for ZVA 2 fuel - dispensing taps and their analogues. Crafted from aluminum, it features a monolithic structure without a tear - off groove. The nominal diameter of this product is 16 mm.
At the end of the spout, a protective rim made of stainless steel is installed. This rim acts as a safeguard to prevent any damage to the spout's end. At the bottom of the spout, there is a channel that ensures the proper functioning of the automatic fuel supply shut - off mechanism. The teeth at the bottom of the spout enable the gun to be installed in the tank.
The outer diameter of the spout is 21 mm, making it suitable for refueling light gasoline - powered transport. Fixation on the gun is accomplished using a cotter pin, which is not included in the delivery set. To seal the connection between the spout and the tap body, two EO105 rubber rings (included in the kit) are used. When installing the spout, one must be cautious not to damage the seals.
