Description
1.1 Explosion-Proof Performance
The vapor recovery vacuum pump is designed and certified in strict compliance with GB/T 3836.1-2021 (Explosive Atmospheres – Part 1: General Requirements) and GB/T 3836.2-2021 (Explosive Atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment Protection by Flameproof Enclosure "d"). It features a flameproof enclosure and carries the explosion-proof marking: Ex db IIB T4 Gb.
This ATEX pump is suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas where explosive gas mixtures—formed by air and flammable gases or vapors of Group IIA or IIB, with temperature classes T1 to T4—may be present. All electrical performance metrics adhere to the enterprise standard Q/WJH 18-2022 ("Vapor Recovery Vacuum Pump").
1.2 Product Features
The pump is compact, lightweight, durable, and operates with low noise. Its aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic design ensures reliability and ease of integration into Vapor recovery systems.

3.9 Motor-Pump Connection
The motor and vapor recovery pump are connected via a coupling. The motor includes a cylindrical output shaft designed for secure coupling attachment.
3.10 Cable Configuration
The motor employs a direct lead-out wiring system using a 9-core cable. The minimum entry cable diameter is 6–6.5 mm. This cable is routed directly from the motor interior. The power supply consists of a 4×1 mm² cable, including a yellow-green conductor dedicated to grounding (already properly grounded inside the motor). The Hall signal cable is a shielded 5×0.2 mm² type. All cable entries comply with Appendix A of GB/T 3836.1-2021.
3.11 Motor Wiring & Configuration
The motor is a brushless DC type. The windings are arranged in either a delta or star configuration. Integrated sensors provide real-time rotor position feedback, enabling precise speed control and monitoring—essential for safe and efficient operation in oil and gas pumping applications.
