Description
Bennett fuel dispensing pump vane pumps
Definition: ZYB-50 vane pumps is a fluid conveying equipment that integrates gear pump and auxiliary functions (such as oil-gas separation, overflow valve), specially designed for high viscosity or impurity media such as fuel and lubricating oil. The performance of gear pump depends on tooth design, sealing technology, wear-resistant materials and pressure regulation mechanism.
Aluminum alloy pump body, built-in oil-gas separator, vacuum suction up to 5m, flow rate 50-80L/min, working pressure ≤0.3MPa.
Applicable media: gasoline, diesel, kerosene and their mixed oils ([Source 2]).
Adjustable design (such as ZYB-B type): allows manual adjustment of gear end face clearance to restore pressure
Double arc sine curve tooth shape (reduces wear, noise ≤65dB)
Hydraulic balance technology (ZYB-B type has a 30% longer pressure holding time,
Material: 40Cr steel gear, tin bronze sleeve (wear-resistant but less corrosion-resistant than stainless steel).
ZYB-50 vane pumps serves the fields of petroleum, chemical, grain and oil, construction, etc.
