How to check the accuracy and error range of fuel dispenser measurement

How to check the accuracy and error range of fuel dispenser measurement

Firstly, preparation for inspection

Tool preparation: Prepare necessary calibration tools such as calibration gauges, Flow meters, thermometers, electrostatic voltmeters, and electronic scales, and ensure that these tools have been calibrated and comply with national metrology laws and regulations.

Environmental preparation: Ensure a stable, dry, and temperature stable testing environment to avoid the influence of environmental factors on the test results.

Secondly, inspection steps

Appearance inspection

Check the label: Check if there is a qualified inspection label posted on the fuel dispenser panel, and confirm if the fuel dispenser has undergone mandatory inspection and is within the inspection validity period.

Check the lead seal: Check whether the lead seals of the fuel dispenser control motherboard, encoder, and flow measurement converter are intact, and confirm whether there are any illegal activities such as unauthorized modification, disassembly, etc.
