The DYB50 - DC12B Electric Transfer Pump is specifically designed for the safe and efficient transfer of various fuels and solvents. It is explosion - proof, making it suitable for handling diesel, gasoline, kerosene, mineral spirits, Stoddard solvent, and heptane.
Key Features
Motor Design: It is equipped with an explosion - proof permanent magnet motor. This motor comes with thermal overload protection, which helps safeguard the pump from overheating and potential damage during operation.
Internal Components: The pump has a built - in strainer to filter out impurities and a bypass valve to ensure stable operation. It features a ball bearing construction, eliminating the need for lubrication, thus reducing maintenance requirements.
Hose and Nozzle Setup: With a 1 - inch diameter, it comes with a 12 - foot hose that includes a static ground wire for safety. The 1 - inch manual nozzle is accompanied by a nozzle boot that protects against dirt and contamination, ensuring the purity of the transferred substances.
Base and Pipe: The pump has a 2 - inch threaded base for easy installation on tank openings. The section pipe is corrosion - proof, enhancing its durability, and it is also waterproof, suitable for various working environments.
Duty Cycle: It has a 30 - minute duty cycle and is not designed for continuous operation. This design ensures the longevity of the pump and reduces the risk of overheating.

FM - 120 Meter: An optional FM - 120 meter in liters can be added to accurately measure the volume of the transferred liquid.
Automatic Nozzle: An automatic nozzle is also available as an option for more convenient operation.
