Key Technologies of Aviation Fuel Systems and Integrated Equipment Solutions

As a company specializing in fuel transfer equipment manufacturing, we deeply understand the complexity and high-standard requirements of aviation fuel systems. To meet these specialized requirements, we have developed a series of aviation-specific refueling nozzles made from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy or stainless steel with special surface treatments to ensure compatibility with various aviation fuels. Our products have obtained API 607 fireproof certification and ATEX explosion-proof certification, meeting the most stringent aviation safety standards. Particularly, our high-flow aviation refueling nozzle series can achieve flow rates exceeding 1000L/min, specifically designed for rapid refueling of large commercial aircraft and already in use at multiple international airports.

With Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) becoming an industry focus, our equipment is fully compatible with various SAF blends. In 2023, we participated in developing the world's first "SAF Refueling Equipment Technical Specifications," providing industry solutions for the special requirements of biofuels on sealing materials.

Modern aircraft fuel tank systems feature complex designs, primarily including integral wing tanks, center tanks, and auxiliary tanks. Different tank locations and structures determine various refueling methods. Modern airliners like the Boeing 787 typically use pressure refueling systems through single-point refueling ports under the fuselage, while general aviation aircraft commonly employ over-wing refueling directly through fuel ports on the wing surface.

For over-wing refueling requirements, we developed the Over-Wing series aviation refueling nozzles with these outstanding features:

The system integrates multiple protection devices against overpressure, static electricity, and overflow.

Aviation fuel filtration systems: Utilizing three-stage filtration with precision up to 3 microns, ensuring fuel purity meets ASTM D1655 standards. The system includes differential pressure alarms and automatic drainage, widely used in airport fuel storage systems.
