The JH - VR Vapour Recovery Pump is a type of vacuum pump equipped with integrated flame arresters on both the inlet and outlet sides. Its main function is to suck explosive fuel vapour/air mixtures into the vapour recovery devices of dispensing units at filling stations.

Features and Benefits

Protection System: In case of ignition at the dispensing valve, this system prevents flame breakthrough during deflagrations or stable detonations of explosive vapour/air mixtures within the explosion group. It is applicable for specific hose and pipe lengths. For example, it can handle a gas return hose with an internal diameter < 10mm in a coaxial hose < 6mm, or an optional coaxial hose < 6mm with an outer diameter < 38mm, followed by an ID 15 pipe (G 1/2”) < 3mm.
Temperature Limit: The gas temperature in the outlet line should be maintained within 95°C ± 5°C.
Product Maintenance: To ensure proper functioning, the product must be kept clean.
Pump Head Options: Users can choose between a single pump head or a double pump head.
Factory Testing: All pumps undergo 100% factory testing.
