The auto shuf-off series refueling nozzles produced by JIAHAO is suitable for light oiling operations such as kerosene, gasoline, and diesel. The self shut-off device on the design of the nozzle can ensure that the oil nozzle is automatically closed when the tank is full to prevent the liquid media from spilling. The positioning plate installed on the butt area can be distributed at 2-3 gears. The oil inlet connection thread can be processed into a variety of standards as needed, which is convenient for customers to choose and use. The aluminum alloy nozzle body has good conductivity to eliminate static electricity in time and safely. The refueling nozzle with gesture control performance can quickly lock the oil nozzle when the body is abnormally deflected in its fuel supply state to ensure that operation is safe

Ⅲ, Working principle
When refueling, handle is lifted, the nozzle pulls the axis and the axis sleeve, and the valve core is opened to open the main valve under the pressure of the oil, so that the oil products flow through the oil nozzle spout into the tank. During the flow of the liquid, the air in the cavity behind the valve core was taken away. When the liquid tank is not filled with oil, the air that is taken away is compensated by the trachea and tracheomers. The oil nozzle is not stop. When the liquid tank is filled with oil, the pores are blocked by the oil, the air cannot be compensated, and the air in the air cavity is taken away. At this time, the self -console is deformed upward. Essence The self -control shaft sleeve loses the stress fixed fulcrum. Under the action of the main valve spring, the oil nozzle is automatically closed. It plays a self -sealing effect.
Ⅴ, Installation and commissioning
a) Open inspection
auto shut-off refueling nozzle has two layers of packaging in the inside and outside, customers should carefully check whether the product has attachments such as inspection qualification certificates, instructions, etc., and check whether the specifications, models, threads and other parameters marked in accordance with customer procurement requirements are consistent with customer procurement requirements. If you find it wrong or transport damage, please contact our factory immediately.
b) Installation
Before installing, then manually switch the refueling nozzle in a uniform speed to check whether its action mechanism is normal.
When connecting, first hold the oil pipe connector with the tool and tighten the body with both hands. After the tightness, check if have leakage at the connection at the nominal pressure.
c) Debug
Insert the gas nozzle outlet spout into the port of the solution, the insertion depth is not less than 2/3 of the total length of the oil spout. After starting the fuel dispenser, turn on the oil nozzle and let it complete the self shut-off action process of not less than 2 times per gear ( Starting from a small flow), after the refueling nozzle has a self -proclaimed liquid overflow, it can be regarded as normal product performance, and the oil nozzle can be put into normal use. If the first refueling nozzle is not self shut-off, you can use your fingers to block the pores located at the front of the oil spout . Open the oil nozzle and let it complete 5-8 self shut-off actions, then shut-off system can become normal
Ⅵ, Precautions
1、 This series of refueling nozzles produced by the company cannot be used to add injection operations other than light oil. Such as: heavy oil, acid, alkali and other liquids;
2、 The thread in the Fuel nozzle can only be connected to the oil pipe with the same thread. If the thread standard is different, it will not be sealed, and it will easily damage the screw on both sides.
3、 The NPT thread is sealed by the threaded area. When installing, it needs to be binded on the joint thread with an appropriate amount of seal filler (thread sealing gel). The BSP thread is sealed by the plane and is equipped with an O -shaped sealing ring at the root of the joint thread. No need to add fillers to the thread during installation
4、 When the nozzle body and the connector are connected, the tightening torque should be moderately prohibited from using other tools to twist the oil nozzle to prevent damage to the gun body.
5、 When the refueling nozzle spout is inserted into the tank for injection operation, it is forbidden to apply pressure to the nozzle body to avoid danger due to damage to the oil nozzle
6、 If a fuel nozzle occurs problem at the client place, the customer can handle it with reference to the fault treatment sheet. The maintenance oil nozzles need to be tested strictly before they are put into use. Our factory does not agree with customers to disassemble and repair themselves. The products during the effective use period, Once customer disassembled without permit, the warranty is invalid
