JIAHAO Vapour Recovery Hose Assembly
COAX hose assemblies with a DN21/8 size are designed for dispensers with active vapour recovery. On the nozzle side, there is a factory - assembled anti - kinking sleeve BS21. It cannot be retrofitted due to non - reusable fittings.
Features and Benefits
Petrol Pump Hose (outside)
The petrol pump hose has a DN21 - PN16 specification, with an outer diameter (OD) of 31mm, hose size is 7/8". It has a hard - walled, smooth surface and is suitable for retraction devices with a minimum diameter of 150mm.
Hose Fitting (factory assembled)
Non - reusable safety fittings are made of DN21 - PN16 aluminum. The swivel nut has a standard M 34×1.5 thread and is made of stainless steel. The O - rings are made of Viton.
On the nozzle side, there is an easy - rotating swivel with a helical spring - supported lip seal ED 079 made of LT (Low Temperature) flexible polyurethane. It has two key faces with a width of 41mm.
On the pump side, the swivel has an O - ring 171 Vi and six key faces with a width of 36mm.
Vapour Hose (inside)
The vapour recovery hose is DN8 - PN16 (OD≈12mm) and made of polyurethane (LT - flexible). It is resistant to petrol and ozone and has low diffusion.
Thanks to the steel reinforcements, it remains stable even with narrow bending radii. It comes with a vapour hose tail DN8 made of black PVDF and non - reusable stainless steel clamps.
On the nozzle side, there is an arresting device through the locked vapour hose tail.
On the pump side, the swivel is supported to avoid twisting through torsion.
The common inquiry lengths are 4.5M, 6M or 9M
