Description
Adblue Submersible Turbine Pump SS304
1.1 Uses and Features
The JH - HGB150 chemical submersible pump consists of a submersible pump motor, an explosion - proof junction box, and a connecting steel pipe between them. It is a newly designed product of our company, featuring the following characteristics and applications:
Precise and Rational Design: It provides a larger flow rate while saving more energy.
Highly Compatible Components: The component design allows for maintenance or replacement between different brands of equipment.
Independent Cavity Design: It simplifies maintenance, reduces the possibility of new failures, and enhances safety.
Automatic Protection Device: The submersible pump motor is equipped with an automatic protection device. When the motor temperature rises to 95°C, it automatically stops. It restarts automatically when the temperature cools down to below 65°C.
Precise Valve Design: The precise automatic pressure - relief valve and one - way valve design ensure a constant fluid pressure, enabling smooth leakage or seal testing of the oil pipeline.
ISO Certification: Our company is ISO - certified, ensuring the high - quality of each submersible pump.
1.2 Explosion - proof Performance
The production and manufacturing of the JH - HGB150 chemical submersible pump must comply with GB/T 3836.1 - 2021 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 1: General requirements for equipment", GB/T 3836.2 - 2021 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosures 'd'", GB/T 3836.9 - 2021 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 9: Equipment protected by encapsulation'm'", GB/T 3836.20 - 2021 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 20: Equipment with equipment protection level (EPL) Ga", and the enterprise standard Q/WJH 16 - 2024. It has obtained the explosion - proof certificate CE23.7543U. The submersible pump motor is made in the explosion - proof special type "s", and the junction box is made in the flameproof enclosure type "d". The submersible pump motor can be used in Zone 0 of explosive gas environments, with an explosion - proof mark of Ex sa IIB T4 Ga. The junction box can be used in Zone 1 of explosive gas environments, with an explosion - proof mark of Ex db IIB T4 Gb.
1.3 Requirements for Conveyed Media
It is suitable for corrosive media such as urea, methanol, acids, alkalis, salt solutions, organic solvents, or oil media with a density not greater than 1.0g/cm³ and a viscosity not exceeding 1.2mm²/s.
The temperature of the conveyed media ranges from - 40°C to + 60°C.
The conveyed media should be free of solid impurities such as sediment and iron filings.
