1. Purpose

JH-DBY35 series AdBlue diaphragm pump is a matching product for AdBlue filling machines, consisting of a motor and pump head. The motor shaft is connected to an eccentric coupling and directly drives the peristaltic disc to repeatedly swing the diaphragm, resulting in high work efficiency and compact structure. It’s suitable for AdBlue refueling machines and portable AdBlue refueling equipment, as well as for diesel, engine oil, water, seawater, and other media.

2. Working Principle

The motor shaft is connected with the eccentric coupling. When the motor rotates and drives, the eccentric coupling directly drives the peristaltic disk to produce reciprocating oscillation, thus driving the diaphragm to form alternating reciprocating oscillation, making the five independent volume spaces formed between the breathing valve body and the diaphragm constantly increase or decrease, completing the action of inhaling and exhaling media. The medium moves through the single suction valve core and the exhaling diaphragm and the diaphragm continuously to and fro, thus alternating inhalation Discharge to achieve the purpose of conveying medium.

When the outlet is in a fully closed state, the outlet media pressure automatically open the return valve core and flows back to the pump inlet cavity, forming a reflux circulation state to protect the motor and pump head components.

The AdBlue diaphragm pump consists of two main parts: a motor and a pump head. The pump head is mainly composed of eccentric coupling, peristaltic disc, diaphragm, single suction valve core, partition, pump cover, return valve, and other components. The materials selected for the design comply with relevant standards. The material in direct contact between the pump head and the medium is PA66, fluorinated rubber, 304 stainless steel, etc.
