It is mainly used in gas stations. Petroleum and refined oil have multiple loading and unloading links in the process of refining, storage and transportation, and each loading and unloading will volatilize a large amount of organic gas (mainly refer to the volatile matter of gasoline and stable light hydrocarbons). The main composition is a mixture of volatile organic hydrocarbons at room temperature.
Gas stations engaged in gasoline sales will cause at least two time emissions of oil gas, one time is unloading oil from underground tanks and another time is refueling customers' fuel tanks. those two actions will emit oil vapor of the same volume as gasoline.
