JIAHAO HQB Submersible Turbine Pump ATEX
The Submersible pump consists of three parts: multifunctional combination valve (pump head), submersible pump motor, and intermediate connecting pipe (fixed pipe and telescopic pipe). It is the latest product designed by our company. The pump has the following features and uses.
A. Precise and reasonable product design, providing greater flow while saves more energy.
B. More compatible component design, to meet the maintenance or replacement of equipment of different brands.
C. Independent cavity design makes maintenance simple, reduces the possibility of causing new faults, and is safer.
D. The submersible pump motor has an automatic protection device. When the motor temperature rises to 95℃, it automatically stops. When it cools down to below 50℃, the motor automatically restarts.
E. "The precise automatic pressure relief valve and one-way valve design ensure the constant pressure of the fluid,
so that the leakage or sealing test of the oil pipeline can run smoothly."
F. The design of the manual pressure relief valve prevents the occurrence of dangerous situations such as oil spills during maintenance.
G. This product has passed domestic and Russian EAC explosion-proof certification and EU ATEX certification.
"Requirements for conveying media:
1) Applicable to non-corrosive ⅡA and ⅡB grade oils or liquid media, density not more than 1.0g/cm3, viscosity not more than 1.2mm2/s, pH value: 6.5~8.5.
2) Ambient temperature: -40℃~+60℃.
3) The conveying medium does not contain solid impurities, such as mud, iron filings, etc.
