Automatic Shut-Off AdBlue Magnetic Nozzle 4.0 AB
The Automatic AdBlue Magnetic Nozzle is engineered to work with the 40 adaptor, aiming to avoid the costly mistake of filling AdBlue into the diesel tank. This magnetic spout nozzle will only permit fluid passage after being magnetically opened by the AdBlue magnetic adaptor installed in the vehicle filler neck. These nozzles are designed to prevent misfilling AdBlue into a diesel tank and will only function in this specific configuration. If the vehicle doesn't have this adaptor, no fluid flow through the AdBlue nozzle will be allowed. As the diesel fill point lacks a magnet, it's physically impossible to dispense AdBlue into the wrong tank using this nozzle.
Misfilling AdBlue into the diesel tank is a prevalent problem that can be extremely costly for vehicle owners. AdBlue is incompatible with many materials, and misfilling can corrode the fuel system's pipework and components, leading to thousands of dollard in damage, along with the cost of removing AdBlue from the tank.
This automatic AdBlue nozzle is approved for heavy - use, resale environments such as forecourts and service stations. Due to these approvals, it has a higher price compared to alternative AdBlue nozzle models. It's only for use with AdBlue pumps and isn't suitable for gravity - fed installations.

Material: The body is made of aluminium nickel - plated and transparent plastic - coated. The spout is aluminium with a magnetic switch, and inner parts are stainless steel or plastic. The hose inlet is stainless steel, the lever is rilsan - plated (blue), and it has a scuff guard in black or blue and a comfi grip with PVC seals (NBR/PU).
Customization: Customers can choose different guards and decide whether to have a magnet, like options such as EG281.3M, EG281.4M, EG281.8DMRM.
